Mouse Training Terms and Conditions

 

 Reservations Once a reservation has been booked by the client and accepted by Mouse Training London Ltd, written confirmation of the booking will be issued to the client along with details of the event and an invoice covering the event fee. An event may be room hire or a learning and development programme.

Fees All course fees quoted are excluding value added tax (VAT). VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate. Where the course venue is outside the M25, reasonable travelling expenses will be charged in addition to the quoted course fee. The programme fee includes all learning materials. The fee for room hire events includes the use of the facilities and services available at the selected venue. Mouse Training London Ltd reserves the right to review prices as and when necessary.

Passport Contracts The standard Mouse Training London Ltd Passport contract has a validity of 12 months and the full entitlement of training must be utilised within this period. Mouse Training London Ltd shall not be obliged to honour unused entitlement that is over 12 months old. A contract will be issued for each Passport contract confirming the purchase order value which may not be cancelled by the purchaser after the contract’s commencement date. Standard transfer and cancellation terms will apply to all training purchased on a Passport contract within the term of the contract period.

Payment

The course fee must be paid in full, no later than 7 days on invoice booking date. Payment may be made by cheque or BACS or Credit Card. In the event of late payment, we reserve our statutory right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above National Westminster Bank base rate from the due date of payment until date of receipt.

Cancellation of Learning and Development Programme

You may cancel a booked event by giving written notice and on payment of a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a percentage of the event fee and varies with the number of working days notice given to Mouse Training London Ltd in writing before the commencement of the event.

Cancellation fees for Learning and Development Programmes:

6 working days notice or more,100%

0-5 working days notice, 0%

Public Courses  

In the case of sickness due to either party attendee will be offered the next public course date. Mouse Training London Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date.

Cancellation of Room Hire Events

Room hire payments are due and payable 7 days on invoice booking date. On confirmation of the room hire the event may not be cancelled or rescheduled by the hirer. No third party software is to be installed without the prior content of Mouse Training London Ltd. The hirer is liable for the cost of repair in event of any damage either to the physical hardware or the installed software supplied in the room. Mouse Training London Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date.

Changes to Programme Content

Mouse Training London Ltd’s learning programmes are regularly updated and improved to maintain continuous development. Mouse Training London Ltd reserves the right to change the programme content without prior notice. Current course overviews will be supplied on request.

Delegate Substitutions

Requests for the substitution of delegates will be accommodated wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Date Transfers

Transfer requests made at short notice within 10 and 15 working days prior to the event delivery date will be considered, subject to confirmation of a specified alternative date. Transfer requests made with less than 5 working days notice of the original event date may not be accepted and the full event fee will be payable. If an accepted transferred booking is subsequently cancelled, or the delegate fails to attend the event, the full event fee will be payable.

Programme Suitability

It is the client’s responsibility to refer to Mouse Training London Ltd’s range of learning programmes, prior to booking, to ensure that the selected programme meets the criteria required by attending delegates. Mouse Training London Ltd will provide a professional programme with care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that the selected programme is unsuitable for the delegates requirements or where the software version differs.

Vouchers and Exam Bookings

      Bookings

  • Photo ID, either Passport or Driving licence, is required via email.
  • It is the individual’s responsibility to register with Certiport prior to their exam date. Your login name and password is required to take the exam. The exam may be cancelled and a cancellation fee applied for non-compliance on the day of the exam.

  • To book your exam a Mouse invoice is required.
  • Once the exam is booked there may be a cancellation fee applied if you cancel (Certiport fee £15) Please contact the admin team prior to the exam day.


    Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for one year. Some vouchers include a 30-day retake, the retake voucher will be sent to you by Certiport on exam failure. It is the individual’s responsibility to book their retake within the 30 day retake period. Mouse Training are not responsible for any late bookings. Certiport / Prodigy Learning to be contacted. 

      Testing

  • Testing is available Online and at Mouse Training’s Offices. Online dates are published on our the homepage of our website. https://www.mousetraining.london
  • Testing is available Monday to Friday at our offices.
  • Saturday testing is available. However, on weekends, the exam platform has no support. In the event that the exam platform has any issues, the exam may need to be rescheduled. Mouse Training will not liable for any costs due to this rescheduling.

Copyright

It is acknowledged that all copyright, patents, design and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any programme materials provided or made available in connection with the programme, remain the sole property of Mouse Training London Ltd, or its licensors and no copies may be made of programme materials unless expressly agreed in writing by Mouse Training London Ltd.

Security/Health and Safety

All delegates will be expected to abide by any site security and health and safety measures operating at the programme location.

On-Site Programmes

Where a programme is provided as a dedicated programme at a client’s site, the following additional terms and conditions will apply. The availability, content and venue of an on-site programme will be as agreed with Mouse Training London Ltd and such relevant resources and facilities will be provided at the client’s expense, in accordance with Mouse Training London Ltd’s stated minimum requirements for the programme, as communicated on or before the time of booking. The client will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the personnel or representatives of Mouse Training London Ltd when on client premises as well as any property brought on such premises for the purpose of providing the programme.
